We turn your Salesforce data into decisions — building custom reports, executive dashboards, CRM Analytics workbooks, and Einstein AI-powered predictions that give your sales, service, marketing, and operations teams real visibility into what is actually happening in the business.
From standard Salesforce reports and dashboards through CRM Analytics, Einstein AI, and cross-system data visualisation — every analytics capability built to answer the business questions your leadership team is actually asking.
We build custom Salesforce report types, joined reports, bucketing, cross-filters, historical trending, and matrix reports — going far beyond the standard report builder to surface exactly the data your team needs, sliced the way they need to see it.
We design and build executive dashboards that give your leadership team a real-time view of business performance — pipeline health, revenue attainment, customer satisfaction, team utilisation — with dynamic filters and mobile-responsive layouts.
We design, build, and optimise CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics) workbooks — connecting data from Salesforce objects, external datasets, and CSV inputs — with SAQL queries, lenses, datasets, and AI-powered predictions embedded in your dashboards.
We design and build Tableau dashboards connected live to your Salesforce data — including Tableau Cloud configuration, calculated fields, dashboard actions, data source optimisation, and published view access control for different user groups.
We implement Einstein Analytics AI features — Einstein Discovery prediction models, lead and opportunity scoring, next best action recommendations, and Einstein Conversation Insights — to embed predictive intelligence into your Salesforce workflows.
When standard Salesforce report types do not expose the objects, fields, or relationships your team needs, we build custom report types — including multi-object relationships, formula fields, and cross-object lookups not available in the standard builder.
Dashboards are only as trustworthy as the data behind them. We audit your Salesforce data quality, implement validation rules and duplicate management, design rollup fields, and build calculated fields — ensuring every dashboard metric is backed by clean, consistent data.
We configure automated scheduled report delivery, field-change alert subscriptions, metric threshold notifications, and report subscriptions — ensuring your team receives the right data at the right time without logging in to look for it.
We are proficient across the full Salesforce analytics stack — from native report builder through CRM Analytics, Einstein AI, and Tableau — selecting the right tool for each business question.
The foundation of Salesforce analytics — we build every report type the platform supports, including custom report types not available to standard users.
Native dashboard components built in Salesforce — with dynamic filters, custom components, drill-through, and mobile-optimised layouts for all screen sizes.
CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) — the advanced Salesforce analytics layer with SAQL queries, AI predictions, multi-source datasets, and interactive exploration.
Tableau connected live to Salesforce — for enterprise-grade data visualisation, cross-system analytics, and BI workbooks shared across stakeholders inside and outside Salesforce.
Einstein Analytics AI — lead scoring, opportunity insights, next best action, conversation insights, and Discovery models that embed predictive intelligence into sales and service workflows.
Automated report delivery, metric threshold alerts, field-change notifications, and dashboard subscriptions — so your team always has the right data without manually running reports.
Every dashboard we build is mapped to the specific KPIs that matter to the function using it — not a generic template applied to every business.
From the business question to the live dashboard — a structured discovery-to-delivery process that ensures every analytics build answers the question it was designed for.
We start by understanding the business questions your leadership and operating teams need to answer — not by looking at what data is available. The question comes first; the data architecture follows.
We audit the Salesforce data that will power the analytics — checking field population rates, data consistency, duplicate rates, and calculation accuracy — identifying and resolving data quality issues before building any dashboard on top of them.
We produce a dashboard wireframe — laying out the KPIs, chart types, filter options, and navigation — reviewed and approved by your stakeholders before any build begins. No surprises at handover.
We build the reports, dashboards, datasets, and lenses in a sandbox or developer org — using the agreed KPI design, with sample data validation at each stage to confirm calculations are correct.
We deploy to a UAT environment and validate every metric against a known source of truth — cross-checking report totals against your source data, confirming filter behaviour, and testing on different user profiles to verify access control.
We deploy to production, configure scheduled delivery and alert thresholds, and run a live walkthrough with your team — explaining every metric, filter, and drill-through so your users can navigate the dashboards confidently from day one.
A dashboard that shows the wrong number with confidence is more dangerous than no dashboard at all. Every analytics build starts with data quality — not chart design.
We start with the question your leadership team needs to answer — not with what Salesforce makes easy to report on. Every KPI we build is mapped to a business decision, not chosen because it was already available.
We audit and fix your underlying Salesforce data before building any dashboard. A beautiful dashboard on dirty data is a liability. Every metric we surface is validated against a known source of truth before going live.
Every dashboard we build has row-level security and profile-based access designed in from the start — so a regional manager sees their region, a sales rep sees their pipeline, and the CFO sees the full business.
We include a live walkthrough training session with every analytics delivery — explaining every metric, filter, and drill-through to the people who will use it. Dashboards that are not understood are not used.
We work across the full Salesforce analytics stack — native reports and dashboards, CRM Analytics, Tableau, and Einstein AI — recommending the right tool for the right business question, not defaulting to the one we happen to prefer.
Analytics are not a one-time build. We offer ongoing analytics maintenance — adding new metrics, adjusting KPIs as the business changes, and fixing reports broken by org configuration changes — so your dashboards stay accurate long after go-live.

"Before Rackwave, I was making pipeline decisions based on a spreadsheet that was already 5 days old. Now I open Salesforce on my phone and the dashboard is live — updated every 30 minutes. The ability to filter by rep, region, and product in real time changed how I run the weekly sales review."
"We had tried to build CRM Analytics dashboards internally and failed twice. Rackwave started with a data quality audit — which nobody had done before — cleaned up the underlying issues, then built the dashboards. They worked first time and the numbers were actually right."
"The executive dashboard Rackwave built gave me something I had never had — a real-time single view of pipeline, utilisation, and revenue in one place. We cut our monthly management reporting pack from 40 pages to 3 slides because the dashboard already answers every question."

Everything you need to know about our Salesforce Analytics & Reporting services.
Salesforce Reports are the native query layer — tabular, summary, matrix, and joined reports built against your Salesforce data. Salesforce Dashboards visualise report data as charts, gauges, and tables in a configurable layout. CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) is a separate advanced analytics layer that processes larger datasets, supports SAQL queries for complex calculations, integrates external data sources, and powers Einstein AI predictions — going significantly beyond what the native report and dashboard builder can do. We use all three and recommend the right tool for each business question.
You need CRM Analytics when: your dashboards need to combine Salesforce data with external data sources (ERP, finance, HRIS); your dataset is too large for native reports to process without timing out; you need complex aggregations, period-over-period comparisons, or predictive analytics that SAQL supports but the native report builder cannot handle; or you need the interactive exploration capabilities (filter chains, step filters, comparator widgets) that CRM Analytics provides. Standard reports are sufficient for the majority of operational reporting needs.
Yes. Incorrect report data is almost always a data quality issue in Salesforce — missing field values, inconsistent picklist data, duplicate records affecting summary counts, or incorrect formula field logic — rather than a reporting tool issue. We audit the underlying data, identify the root cause of the incorrect figures, fix the data quality problem, and then rebuild or correct the report. A report that shows the right number from bad data is still wrong.
A focused package of 5 to 10 custom reports and an executive dashboard typically takes 2 to 3 weeks from discovery to production deployment. A CRM Analytics implementation covering multiple datasets, AI predictions, and 3 to 5 dashboard pages typically takes 6 to 10 weeks. A full Tableau implementation with live Salesforce connection and multiple workbooks typically takes 4 to 8 weeks. We scope every engagement individually and provide a fixed timeline before work begins.
Yes, using CRM Analytics or Tableau. CRM Analytics can connect external data via CSV upload, SFTP data sync, Salesforce Connect external objects, and direct connector configuration — allowing you to blend Salesforce data with ERP, financial, HRIS, or marketing data in a single dataset. Tableau connects live to Salesforce, SQL databases, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, Excel, and dozens of other sources — enabling true cross-system analytics in a single workbook.
Yes. We implement Einstein Lead Scoring and Einstein Opportunity Insights — configuring the data inputs, training the model, validating prediction accuracy against your historical data, and embedding the scores into Sales Cloud page layouts and list views so sales reps can see which leads and opportunities to prioritise. We also implement Einstein Discovery prediction models for more complex use cases — such as churn prediction, deal risk scoring, and next best action recommendations.
Accurate dashboards require accurate underlying data. Before building any analytics, we audit field population rates, picklist consistency, duplicate rates, formula field logic, and rollup summary accuracy. We fix data quality issues at the source — implementing validation rules, duplicate management, and required field enforcement — then build the dashboards on top of clean data. Every metric we surface is validated against a known source of truth before the dashboard goes live in production.
We build dashboards for every level of the organisation — executive leadership (CEO, CFO, CRO, CMO) who need a real-time business overview; team managers (VP Sales, Head of Service, Marketing Director) who need functional performance visibility; and operational users (sales reps, service agents, marketing ops) who need their own individual performance view. Each dashboard is designed for its specific audience — with different KPIs, granularity, and filter options appropriate to each role.
Yes. Salesforce supports scheduled report subscriptions that email a report snapshot to specified users on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. For CRM Analytics dashboards, we configure dashboard subscriptions with conditional alerts — sending a notification when a metric crosses a defined threshold. For Tableau, we configure scheduled refresh and subscription emails. We include automated delivery configuration in every analytics engagement by default.
Yes. We include a training session with every analytics delivery — covering how to build reports from the report types we have created, how to clone and modify existing dashboards, how to add components and adjust filters, and how to manage scheduled delivery. For CRM Analytics, we include a separate admin enablement session covering the dataset, dataflow, and dashboard builder. We want your team to be self-sufficient, not dependent on us for every new report.
