Rackwave is a consulting partner, not off-the-shelf software — so instead of a fixed per-seat menu, every engagement is scoped to what you're actually trying to solve. The three models below reflect how most clients work with us.
A defined implementation, migration, or integration with a clear start and finish.
A monthly retainer covering admin support, small enhancements, and platform health.
A committed team embedded with yours for large, multi-platform, or long-running programs.
Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation — nothing here is a fixed rate card.
“Rackwave Technologies has significantly improved our marketing performance while providing reliable cloud services. We’ve been using their solutions for a while now, and the experience has been seamless, scalable, and results-driven.”

Founder & CEOBecause consulting work genuinely varies by scope — a Salesforce data migration for 5,000 records looks nothing like one for 500,000, and a single-platform integration is a different project than a multi-system rollout. A fixed menu would either overcharge simple projects or undercharge complex ones. A short scoping call lets us quote accurately instead of guessing.
Both, depending on the work. Well-defined projects (a specific integration, a migration with a clear dataset) are usually fixed-price or milestone-based, so you know the total cost upfront. Ongoing support and evolving work are typically billed as a monthly retainer sized to your actual volume.
We ask about your current systems, what you're trying to achieve, your timeline, and any constraints (budget, compliance, existing vendor relationships). You'll leave with a clear sense of approach and a follow-up quote — there's no pressure to commit on the call itself.
Not a hard minimum, but very small one-off requests are sometimes better served by a focused audit or consultation rather than a full project engagement. We'll tell you honestly if that's the case rather than trying to fit everything into a bigger scope than it needs.
Our quotes cover our consulting and implementation work specifically — platform licensing (Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, and similar) is billed directly by those vendors, not through us. We're happy to help you think through the right license tier as part of scoping.
This depends on current team capacity and project complexity, but we'll give you a realistic start date during scoping rather than an optimistic one we can't hold to.
